No cells were found

The possibilities to increase the chance of finding the correct cell with TRCELL are limited. You can try to:

• Reduce the value of qmin. Try values like 0.2, 0.1, 0.05 and 0.01 and run TRCELL again.
• Increase the number of conics selected.

However, most of the times, problems with finding a unit cell indicate that the results from NODIRAX were not good enough. Check and refine the beam position and run NODIRAX again: see also the previous section.
