The last part of the program consists of the indexing of Laue pattern by selecting the correct cell from the list of cells produced by TRCELL, followed by refinement to minimise the mismatch between the predicted and observed Laue diffraction pattern. The refined parameters can be exported into a file that can be read by the Laue data reduction programs LaueView or lauegen.
