Number of sulutions used to calculate the running average over the list
of solutions of starting spindle angle and total oscillation range. A smaller or larger
value of NAVErage will lead to more or less local minima in the list of possible starting
and ending psi's. The default value of 2001 should be appropriate for most of the protein
data collections. NAVErage should be an odd number.
