Introduction

cnt2ccp4 converts a cnt file (created by img2r into a CCP4 density map.
cnt2ccp4 is part of the procedure to convert images to a density map and display this map with coot.

How it works

The program reads a cnt file.
You decide whether you want a logarithmic or linear scale
The program writes a CCP4 density map.

Invocation

cnt2ccp4 cntfile yes/no mapfile
