Buildscc
buildscc reads the headers of images, and
creates a script setup.scc. This script is to be
used by scanplot to show
an animation of the goniostat and detector movements of the experiment.
- buildscc reads from the image header the
following fields
- Goniostat type
- Detector type
- Goniostat position
- Detector position
- Creates setup.scc
Next step: scanplot @setup
buildscc
- Full Output Y/N
- The names of the images (use wildcharacter *)
- The name of the output file (defaults to setup.scc)
Compressed (.Z, .gz, .bzip2) images are allowed.
