* STRATEGY* will reconstruct a crystal orientation matrix from the cell parameters and
the crystal orientation taken from the x-file. The actual crystal orientation matrix
is a product of four rotation matrices (three around the laboratory
axes: , and , and one
around the spindle axis: ) and the standard orientation matrix
. The standard orientation is influenced by the two * DENZO*
commands ** spindle axis** and ** vertical axis**. Only six different combinations of
different ** spindle axis** and ** vertical axis** are supported (see also
section limitations);
these are given below.
